Not trying to be a Karen but...Keyless Entry does not work. You can only enter with a key located inside the apartment, which is why you find the door unlocked when you arrive and must leave it unblocked when you check out.2nd bathroom toilet does not work. Stopper in tank and handle does not work. Poor water pressure in shower. They need to be repaired before someone else stays. Just like the rug corner in the livingroom - trip hazard. With 48 hrs of our stay, a woman called my cell claiming to be the property manager and checking in our our stay. I explained to the property host, in the vrbo app, the issue with the toilet. I explained it to this person too. We stayed 5 nights. On day 1 I received an email inviting us to stay longer, just let them know. On day 2, I received an email recommending an early departure to avoid clogging up the elevators. 1 hr after notifying the host of our departure, I sent a reminder message about the 2nd bathroom and rug, thanked them for our stay. And that property manager, the 3rd party one, called me every day for a week to explain what my complaints were. I already did that in writing multiple times.Wow.
