We paid for the extra cost of Breakfast on Expedia. However, when we got down to the breakfast buffet the next morning we learned we had to pay even more then what we already had paid. As a customer all prices included specifically in the price should be directly transparent with the price at the breakfast buffet. There should not be discrepancies in pricing.

Great hotel in Homestead area

People very pleasant and one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever had in the state of FL, especially the bathroom! Bed was just ok. All in all a pleasant stay.

Great comfortable beds and friendly service

Our stay here was only for one night but the staff was very friendly, efficient and the room was fantastic. Lots of space in the room including large storage area and full length mirror. I'm not sure why some reviews have been negative as this was one of the best we've ever stayed at. Very close to food options as well!

Overall check in , stay, check out experience was fine. Apparently one of my children had an accident in the bed , unbeknownst to me, so the property called me hours after checkout to say I left the room with property damage, hinting that I had a pet in there, and charged me 250.00 dollars for the urine on the bed , claiming they had to pull the room off the market . I have never had this experience before, and the fact that they smugly assumed it was a pet , and then charged my card, then called me, “as a courtesy”. Overall, the way that was handled felt more like a shakedown , then anything else. Will not be staying at this brands property again .

The room was beautiful! Towels need replaced/upgraded. Also, the Pool towels. They were not really a pool towel but a very old regular towel. Expected more considering rooms were over $350/night. Restaurant only open for breakfast and dinner. Would have been nice if they had lunch too or at least be able to get a cocktail so you don’t have to leave the property.

This hotel was very clean & offered good amenities. It is in a convenient location with shops, pharmacy & restaurants within walking distance. It is easy access to the Florida turnpike if you are driving further south. We will stay again if heading that way!
