Today called the front desk for a towel as Laudry did not answer twice a lady said yes will send up more than an hour waited called back three time to the front lobby no answer message playing then my daughter called from cell phone no answer. The hotel is very nice. However, the called to arrange cruise port transportation the day of my arrival as previously instructed and the woman I spoke with gave me completely incorrect information and was rude. I was able to quickly make the arrangements when I arrived. Also the airport shuttle instructions I was sent by the hotel were incorrect, providing the wrong location for pick up; we waited 1.5 hours to get a seat on the shuttle.

The room was falling apart, very vintage, carpet in the hall was uplifting, very over priced. The forced fees an forced gratuity was extremely unexpected an over done. Not worth it especially with the buffet charges. Absolutely ridiculous! Over priced and under whelming
