Overall we chose this Hotel because they offered free shuttle to and from the airport as we were going on a Cruise the next day and the cruiseline was going to pick us up from the airport. The Hotel was not bad for one night what we didn't like is it is in a busy area and not too many walking options for food. Luckily the on-prem restaurant was excellent no need for us to walk to another restaurant. The waitresses and manager were very attentative and gave great suggestions for dinner.

The room was nice and spacious with a modern bathroom. After checking in the staff checked to ensure everything was good. The food at the restaurant was not the best (buffet). The beds were big but the mattress was extremely soft. It was advertised that there is an area shuttle but that is not the case.

The website double booked a room so we were charged for 2 rooms. They wouldn’t refund one of them. Then when e we got to the room your could tell the sheets had not been changed so pulled them down and it was covered in food and hair
