The property had no air conditioning! The staff knew the air was not working and still let us check into the property. Everyone had to leave our room doors open try to get some air. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at that hotel.

Location! Location! Location! Stayed here for a night to go on a cruise. Great location for transportation, shopping , dinning, and sightseeing. This is an older hotel and really shows the age of the rooms.

The fact I send 296.00 and also has to pay for parking too if I’m a guest at the hotel parking should a least be free. They kept my keys overnight for what I’m new to the area to celebrate my husband birthday I should have my belongings. The room smells like mildew. But the bed was comfortable.

It was a good stay. There was a guy out front that snuck in and onto my floor who concerned me, but the staff made sure to get it sqyared away quickly. Other than that their where no issues.

Horrific

Moldy black. See picture. I put in brackets where you can find the mold in the picture. Locations of mold: Grout on the shower wall (lower left corner), bath tub (middle), and shower curtain bottom seam (upper right corner) The entire guest room also have a very strong odor of disinfecting/cleaning agents like Lysol, Clorex or Pinesol. Horrible experience.

This hotel is very old and run down. Room was just gross. Stains on carpet, sloppy painting. Damaged ceilings, rusty screws sticking out of walls. Just nasty. They haven’t updated this place in a long time!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hallways had a musty/humid smell. The rooms need an upgrade. Bathroom were super small. But the water was hot and the bed was comfortable. I think it’s overpriced but it’s a convenient location if you are traveling on a cruise and need a place to spend the night.

Air conditioner broke at 2am and hotel was so hot. People had their room doors open to try to stay cool. Electric plugs did not work in room. Receptionist was not very friendly.
