We arrived and the reservation had never been sent to the resort. Booking said i needed to first show proof of payment. They had confirmed after second payment was made and then asked for proof again. Made no sense. Checkin was at 4. After spending almost 2 hours trying to get situation resolved went to room and cleaning people were there. Couldnt have room til 545. Missed a dinner reservation we had made for 630 sinve we coulsnt shower or get ready. Master bathroom toilet wouldnt flush. Had to provide our own toilet paper, trash bags. Had to ask for wash cloths. Bracelets to get in room and elevator and other ammenities only worked at times. The room waa nice and the view was nice but the bad way overshadowed the good here. Dont waste your money on this one With the price and all the fees you can stay somewhere much closer to Hollywood Broadwalk for a lot less and better accommodations.
