Beautiful unit! Hotel service needs improvement.

The unit was beautifully appointed, very clean, and had an incredible view of the ocean. It was very comfortable and would be perfect for a long-term stay. Everything was as expected from the photos and description, and communication with the property manager was smooth and easy.Unfortunately, the Fontainebleau did not meet our expectations. The property itself is very pretty, but it took a full hour to get our luggage after calling multiple times. The person at the front desk gave us bad information not once, but twice. The quality of the TP and tissues was like sandpaper. The hotel is ridiculously overpriced, and they nickel & dime you for everything, so definitely stock up the kitchen in the unit and go off property for dining.Unit: 10/10Fontainebleau service: 5/10

The view!!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was close to everything we wanted to do and we could walk everywhere. The view of the water as you walk in is priceless! I would only suggest some appliance updates and some more kitchen supplies. Other than that, it was perfect!

AMAZING location/views

We absolutely loved this apartment. We have stayed at the FB many times and this had the best view of any of the rooms we have been in. The hotel was super busy but it was very quiet and chill in our area, which is what we wanted. Great communication with the property manager, especially when our credit card company thought it was a fraudulent charge, we were notified immediately and helped through rebooking. The apartment was beautiful and had all the things we needed to stay there for a week.

Nice unit: just not ideal sleeping arrangements for four adults.

Unit was mostly as described - good location and good view. Fountainbleau would appeal to those who like very large resort properties. Furnishings and appliances were satisfactory. Owners were responsive throughout and check-in was good. The only real problem we had is that the pullout sofa in the living room was not comfortable for two adults. It would probably be fine for one person or two children, but just not suitable for two adults. Owner had new mattress brought in when we contacted him, but bed was still small and uneven.

Gorgeous place and perfect location while in Miami for business

I only stayed 1 night while I was in Miami for a business conference at Fountainebleu, and this property was perfect! Room availability directly through the hotel was sold out the final day I was in town for work, but concierge mentioned I may be able to find something on VBRO for my last night directly through an owner. I only wish I knew of that option sooner as I would've booked my entire 4 night stay with this owner! Gorgeous accommodation, very spacious, beautiful views and it was actually more reasonable than reserving through the hotel directly for that evening. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the accommodation as I would during a personal visit, but unfortunately was only really there to sleep. However the bed was very comfortable and nothing beats waking up to a view of the ocean! I will definitely reach out next time I'm back to visit either for work or on a short getaway with my husband. Thank you!

This is a beautiful aerie with incredible ocean views in a quiet condo tower of the Fontainebleau. The pictures don't do it justice. We had a wonderful vacation and highly recommend.

Grounds of Fairmont, including the apartment we stayed in, need a more thourough cleaning! Hotel seems to be just way too big to keep it to standards. Pool sorrento (7th floor) when we arrived was dirty on the floors with food, dirty towels everywhere. Nothing tidy. It let us away from that pool! The trash on our floor was left by the trash door for 2 days. It smelled foul. Had to ask maintenance to look after this. Apartment was nice. Nice view. Almost Nothing provided for basic cooking. Just 1 pot. They should look more into having at least a sponge and some dish soap upon arrival. Washing the 4 dishes they provide as a full load on washing machine is irrational.

Impressive Views

The views from the condo were spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay here. The amenities, pool and spa at the resort were awesome. Check in was a breeze. The owner was responsive and answered all questions I had before our arrival. Housekeeping needs to be more thorough with cleaning the kitchen oven, master bathroom shower and bidet. I loved waking up to the ocean views every morning. I recommend this unit and would gladly rent it again.
