This apartment is quite modern and lovely and in a super quiet neighborhood in South Beach that's right on the water. Despite many years of coming to Miami/South Beach, I never knew this quietly posh neighborhood existed. In less than a 5-min walk, you can get to Lincoln Road, a delightful French bakery (with warm pastries every morning!), a gym, a dry cleaners, a barbershop, a small market and several Citibike stations. It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do in Miami from the beach to the Design District to Coconut Grove.For all those reasons plus a cute patio to sit outside, this is a stellar apartment. The only two drawbacks, which are ultimately compromises: (1) the living room/kitchen doesn't get a ton of sunlight so can be a bit dark (on the other hand, the two bedrooms are bright and cheerful); and (2) the foot traffic noise from the apartment above can be noticeable, especially if someone upstairs is wearing hard shoes or moving heavy things around. Not deal breakers by any means. I would absolutely rent this amazing apartment again!
