Location!

Overall excellent property in terms of amenities and location. The paper towels, toilet tissue, etc. was strangely half rolls which made for unnecessary need to really conserve. Request for antibacterial soap was attended to promptly. Management is top shelf. Kitchen was set up with just the minimal needs. My only suggestion would be to revisit the seating in the living area. Definitely needs updating

Property was as advertised. The building itself is dated including the hallways. Most of the apts in this W condo are being rented out short term so there is a lot of foot traffic. Pool had a lot of rules (no jumping in, no below 5 in the hot pool, no pool floaties/toys. For a hotel pool, I would be annoyed as a hotel guest. Also no food service. But for this vrbo it was good. Parking is super expensive so next time we likely wouldn’t stay here. The management was super responsive and checkin was efficient.

The property was beautiful on the surface. Looking closer, around switch plates, behind things etc., not so much.Absolutely no food prep supplies, not even salt and pepper. Cookware was so cheap, everything stuck. Linens on the bed were cheap. No one showed us how to use the TV properly. Many things needed repair.

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. The description is accurate to the last word. I have stayed at many VRBO bookings and this is without a doubt the one that lived up to the hype 100%. The management company is very responsive, replying to texts often in just a few minutes. I stayed for a month, and will definitely return again.

One of the best city views in Miami

Beautiful place. Very clean & well furnished. Features a big balcony with extraordinary city views. Large yachts on the Miami River looked like small toys from the 44th floor! The host was very attentive & accommodating.

Highly Recommend

We were very bummed the spa was closed during our stay but wow did we enjoy this condo. We travel between Chicago and Miami often. We typically stay at East but now that we have a newborn we needed to not get in an elevator with everyone heading to Sugar all the time haha. While we miss that, we found the condo to be clean, well stocked, and still very much including that hotel feel. I feel jealous for all of you who will stay after us and get to experience the amenities. Everything reopens after an issue the building had literally the day we were departing. We didn’t rent a car but seems like the consensus is avoid having to valet onsite but parking nearby is impossible so keep that in mind as well. Brickell is very walkable and the beach is a short Uber ride away. It’s our favorite location and the condo was perfect for our little family of 3. Also deliveries were a total breeze. Will definitely book again.

Nice staycation!

Everything couldn’t have been smoother from the check-in process to check-out. The unit looked exactly as shown in photos, the attention to detail was apparent from online to Deb and her friendliness at check-in to simplicity when it came to things like food delivery to the unit. Clean, modern apartment design, the pool was relaxing with food and drink served from waitresses there. Plan to stay again! Hopefully sooner than later. Thanks!!

Perfect location, beautiful location, incredibly clean unit

This was a great quick weekend in Miami. The unit is absolutely beautiful, has a great view, was quiet and incredibly clean. There was even a bottle of wine in the fridge. A few things are a little quirky. First, parking is not great. You can valet- but you don't have in/out. If you chose to have a reserved spot, you have to pay cash. Not great for reimbursement. I ended up parking in a public parking a block away. I would not rent a car again. Second, when you get to the building, you have to wait for the property manager to check in. I waited for more than 30 minutes, and I was already exhausted. Once she came to check me in, it went pretty fast, but it seemed silly to have to wait to check in when no one was in line at the desk. Finally, and this is minor- wouldn't stop me from coming back- but there is no way to turn the shower on without the water immediately hitting you in the face. The way the glass around the tub is set up, you have to be in the shower to turn it on. The water pressure is fantastic, and there is a great soaker tub- but no way to let the water warm up before you're blasted in the face. It's a weird, quirky thing, and wouldn't stop me from coming back. Great communication from the property manager throughout the stay. The pool is incredible. The onsite dining is great. Overall a really great trip.
