Everything was as described in the posting. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The unit is clean, well stocked and has amazing views! I would highly recommend staying here.

The Hyde Park resort was very clean and had good service. The apartment was nicely styled, comfortable and had a nice view of the beach & water. The hosts were amazing, very responsive and accommodating, and really helped our experience be a great one. The accommodations came with use of 2 pools, two beach chairs and service at the beach, which was nice. We did find we had to wait for the elevator and Ubers and to get four beach chairs together. But the wait was minimal. I would advise anyone staying here just to give yourself plenty of time in the elevators as it is on the 40th floor and can take a lot of time going up and down. We found some really good nearby restaurants and spa, and the water taxi to Fort Lauderdale was fun. Overall we highly recommend this condo and Host for a girls/ guys trip or a family vacation.

Pablo was an excellent host. Very responsive and full of great suggestions. All was great however the only downfall of being on the 40th floor were long elevator wait times but at the same time the view was incredible.

Firstly, everything corresponds to what was written! beautiful apartment on the 40th floor, sea view! huge balcony! The apartment has everything you need for a family! The building itself is amazing! with 2 swimming pools, tennis court, basketball court! Everything that's needed ! the owner is very nice!!! he knew that my daughter and I had birthdays during our stay and a pleasant surprise awaited us! cake! It was very unexpected but very touching! 3 minutes from the beach! also close to all the shops for buying food, ! all in all it was awesome! we will definitely be back soon!

Updated, modern, and clean

This condo is just as described. Everything was very clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable with ample pillows. A few perks being part of the hotel/resort... Being able to get fresh towels, linens, etc when needed from the front desk... Valet parking is included- no additional charge... The basketball, racquetball, tennis courts, gym, and one of the pools is all conveniently located on the same floor, which made it easy and convenient for my teenagers. We only visited one of the pools. There were really nice pool beds and chairs. Even though it was a large property, it was never over-crowded, and we are visiting during spring break. It was also very convenient and easy to access the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella accross the street. The owner communicated very well throughout our stay. Thanks again!
