The Space
Welcome to your private Miami resort, a luxurious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom getaway perfect for families and groups of up to 10. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in a gated neighborhood, this home is designed for comfort, connection, and making unforgettable memories.

***Bedrooms:** Five beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with 12” memory foam mattresses, 50” Smart TVs, and blackout blinds.
* Master Suite 1: King bed with en-suite bathroom.
* Master Suite 2: King bed with en-suite bathroom.
* Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
* Bedroom 4: Two twin beds.
* Bedroom 5: Two twin beds.

***Bathrooms:** Three full bathrooms stocked with plush towels, hairdryers, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

***Kitchen & Dining:** A modern, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all cooking essentials.

***Living Areas:** A comfortable main living room and a separate TV room with a large sofa and a 55” Smart TV.
***Family-Friendly Amenities:**
We provide a Pack ’n Play/travel crib, a booster seat high chair, and children’s books and toys.

* **Laundry & Parking:** A full-size washer and dryer are available. The circular driveway provides
convenient parking for up to 3 cars.

* **Kosher/Shabbat Friendly:** We can provide Shabbat essentials and a non-electronic lock system upon request.


Guest access
Guests will have complete and private access to the entire 5-bedroom home, including the backyard, private pool, spa, and all amenities listed. Enjoy the entire property to yourselves and make it your home away from home.

Other things to know
***Booking Requirements:**
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID and sign our rental agreement prior to check-in. All communication is managed through a secure third-party platform.

***Pool & Spa Heating:**
Heating for the pool and spa is an optional amenity available for an additional fee of $50 per day. This must be paid prior to check-in. Please allow up to 48 hours for the water to reach the desired temperature.

Please note that the pool and spa share the same heating system and will always be heated to the same temperature. It is not possible to heat the spa or pool independently.

Heater functionality is not guaranteed, and any malfunctions do not qualify for a refund.

***Maintenance:** The pool is professionally serviced twice a week. Propane for the BBQ grill is provided.

***Long-Term Stays:** For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee will be required.

***Check-in/Check-out:** Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a non-refundable fee, subject to availability. Please inquire in advance.

***Safety & Security:** For your protection, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property monitoring the front and back areas. Tampering with these devices will result in a $100 fine. Guests assume all risk for any accidents or injuries, including those related to the use of the pool.

***Tropical Environment:** This is a tropical climate, and you may encounter insects, lizards, or iguanas. We recommend keeping doors closed to minimize their entry. Encounters with local wildlife do not qualify for refunds.

As a guest of Luxury Retreat with Heated Pool, Spa, FirePit &BBQ, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
