Brickell intro

Great location and amenities go with the apt. Very spacious for 1 Bed and 1Bath. Nice view facing west. We visited Key Biscayne and Miami Beach on alternate days and easy walk to restaurants and grocery store. A little crazy at the check in due to limited space for cars, but overall very nice. We would stay again if traveling to Miami.

Place was beautiful , clean and spacious , great views Shower pressure was terrible and the tub is very high, make it difficult to come out
. Stay there for 4 nights, only had 3 sets of tower, if you want more, have to pay $25 extra. Only had 4 coffee puds , 10 extra coffee puds cost $10. Toilet paper come in mini rolls and needed to ask for more. Had to pay $20 cash for late check in and $140 cash for in and out parking privileges, no receipt on those.

Great Miami getaway

This is a great spot with an incredible balcony view of downtown Miami. The host was quick to communicate via text and helped us with everything we needed. Probably won't find a better pool/spa option for the price. The bathtub/shower situation is a little awkward. It's a very large step in and out, so If you have trouble with mobility this might not be the best option for you. Only negative from the trip is Delta canceling our flight home.

Lack of communication and consistency

I scheduled my stay the week before my vacation. I received a confirmation stating that I would receive check-in information 48 hours before my travel. I never did. I ended up reaching out to VRBO, and they gave me a contact number to contact the property. I contacted them and was notified that they were having trouble with their system and received my reservation but wasn’t able to communicate through VRBO. Long story short, I was then sent the check in information. The check in details were very detailed of the things I needed to do upon arrival. All of which was a bunch of runarounds. I arrived on Wednesday evening to check in, only to find out my reservation was not in the system and I had to wait until they contacted the host and have it updated. The system for the biometric handprints that were required to enter the building didn’t work for 2 days of my stay, which was a huge inconvenience because I was not allowed to utilize the elevators without this. The parking transponder that was required for my car was not installed until the 3rd day of my stay. I spent a lot of my vacation going back and forth to the lobby for assistance because everything was not in place like they said it would be upon arrival. Now to the unit. A very nice unit, but needs some upgrades. All the electrical outlets are loose and almost coming down ur the wall. The ac unit works but the vents in the rooms, air does not come out. The bed in the second bedroom was broke and very uncomfortable. All in all, I had a nice vacation, but as I’ve stated before, I have stayed in various properties through VRBO, so this particular stay kinda threw me off with all the inconsistencies and inconveniences.

Extended stay

Originally booked two nights in a different property. Elected to extend our stay, which required renting a different apartment. Sylvia and staff were so accommodating getting us into this unit. Views were fantastic from the upper floors. Facilities at the Icon were first rate. Pool and spa were clean and refreshing. Staff was attentive.

Absolutely stunning!

We had such an amazing time, the residence was beautiful, elegant & super clean! The view was breathtaking, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge! The communication was so easy and straightforward- I honestly have no complaints! Will return next time we are back in Miami!

What a great time

Never been to Brickell. Found the listing on VRBO. My wife and I stayed for 5 nights. The 1 bedroom apt was just as shown in the images. Modern- super clean and upgraded. The view from the 41st floor was amazing from the bedroom/ living room amd the full balcony. Wolf appliances in the modern kitchen. The check in was super easy. We even arrived on a Saturday early evening. Our host gave us her text info and 20 minutes prior to arrival - simply notify her we are close. At arrival- she met us in the lobby. In 15 minutes, we were in our room. She provided full instructions, days in advance and communicated at arrival/ during the stay and at checkout. PARKING: We had a rental car and Brickell was one of our stops. We were concerned about parking as you can’t park your car onsite and hold the keys. ( not a big deal). They offer prepaid spots at a garage down the street. You could probably arrange this yourself if needed. I stuck w valet which was very easy as the building is in a development shared w the W Hotel. Valet service is right there. Keep in mind that you park and when you want your car, you have to pay prior upon picking up the car at the valet. That can all be done on an app and you text for your car to be waiting. The pool level was spectacular and relaxing. The building also has a restaurant on the Pool level. Amazing restaurants in the area as well We will return

Great stay, pics do not lie!!!

The stay at this VRBO was very convenient and relaxing and well worth the money. It is updated and spacious for a nice vacay getaway and not having to be cramped in a hotel room. There is a lot of movement coming in and out of the building but you don’t hear the extra noises in the rental like you would in a hotel. The views are amazing of the bay and there is a slight view of the beach. Everything is within walking distance in downtown, Briskell Key, and the Bayside Marketplace. We really loved the amenities of the gym, that helped us keep to our daily workout routines. The pool area is huge, plenty of room for everyone, it never seemed too crowded. Last but not least, the property manager Maria was very helpful with the check-in process and made sure I knew where things was and how to get in and out of the rental before departing, that made things very comforting. I highly recommend this rental, you get to relax and have the feel of being at home.

Amazing

The property was just as it appeared online and very clean and sanitized. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The building was quiet and had good amenities. It is a bit windy by the pool which made it less appealing to swim daily. The instructions on getting rid of your recycling could be a bit clearer but again the staff is always available and friendly. The neighborhood is great. I'd definitely stay again!
