Ok. Where do I begin? We arrived on a Saturday afternoon I called ahead and confirmed we could do early check in as we were flying in from out of the country. We arrive around noon, 80 dollars for early check in. We were exhausted so we paid and checked in. The lobby stunk like BO there was a diffuser that was trying to make it smell better. Didn’t work and there was a loud banging sound. I asked the front desk agent what it was and she said she didn’t hear anything despite it clearly being audible. We go to our room up the sketchiest elevator I’ve ever seen creaks and cracks all the way through very dirt and un kept. We arrive in our room and there is an iron mark on the carpet, the carpet looks like it’s form the 1960s, there’s visible mold everywhere. The room was disgusting, dirty and just not taken care. It felt like the room was never updated. To door to the bathroom didn’t close. There was a burn mark on the toilet paper, there was loud noises all hours of the night. The pool was filthy, and the staff couldn’t care less about any of these issues when we brought them to their attention. We were on a budget so we couldn’t exactly leave and there was no refunds available. Will never go back and highly recommend nobody ever goes there either.
