This property did not meet expectations, and communication was a major issue.Upon arrival, we discovered the master bathroom had no door, creating a serious lack of privacy, especially since it faces the pool area. This was not disclosed in the listing. In addition, the bathroom in the first bedroom had missing shower knobs, making the shower unusable. As a result, our group had to share one functioning bathroom.We reported these issues immediately and shared photos through the Vrbo system. The host did not respond for several hours and later stated the delay was due to Vrbo system issues. Communication only occurred after we contacted Vrbo directly.On our final day, after the stay had already been impacted, we were told we could cancel if unhappy, which was not a reasonable solution at that point.The location is inconvenient, as the property is about 45 minutes from Miami.Vrbo ultimately compensated 400 for the long hold times and the loss of trip enjoyment, which did not adequately reflect the impact these unresolved issues had on our stay. Future renters should carefully consider these factors before booking
