Unit was dirty, had no toilet paper, sheets were soiled. Walked to Walmart to get cleaning supplies and cleaned it as well as wash sheets. I also had to buy towels that were not ripped and frayed and they only provided 2 for a seven day stay. I doubt if the owner has been in the unit in awhile to check it out. There's mold in the corners of bathroom molding, chips out of woodwork,filthy baseboards, dirty doors--- excess wear and tear that really should be addressed. The lighting throughout is inadequate, especially in the bathroom. The one thing I reached out to owner for was toilet paper and it did not go well - waited 2 hours- so I decided not to reach out again. The set up with LYFE Resort and VRBO is very confusing and renters are made to feel like second class citizens. ... rude behavior and rude answers from staff most of the time. The palm trees directly in front of the unit have definitely grown since the pictures were taken, as most of ocean in not seen, except in the corner of balcony. The best view is from the bedroom. The unit has great potential but needs a major refresh and deep cleaning. The 40/ day amenities were ok -- nice pool and restaurant , had to walk 2 resorts over for our beach chairs, which was odd, and gym had a great view but also could use a major cleaning and repair of equipment.
