First off I stayed at this hotel 4 years ago ( water issue at that time ) and after 4 years i assume the place got better but no it got WORST!! A roach was crawling above my daughter head!! When I told front desk about the issue Pedro stated “ it’s common with it being around all the restaurants and the same as we having rats in New York” different really apologize then stated “ if you came 4 years ago and didn’t like I wouldn’t have came again” trust this will be my LAST EVER TIME !! Then at 830pm I was looking to stay at another hotel but of course all was booked on a Friday night! I was told “ if I don’t leave tonight I will not be getting a refund” I told them well I have two kids and leaving right now with no where to go isn’t ideal. So he stated I wouldn’t get a refund!! The manage here sucks just as it did 4 years ago! This place is legit disgusting! And the staff isn’t caring at all!! They need to make note “ WE HAVE ROACHES BECAUSE OF THE RESTAURANTS” so people know not to come! Very uncomfortable stay wish I can submit the video of the roach in my room

Room was Clean. best part is near everything, you have food, beach, party at night walking distance, the only reason I gave four stars is because the rooms needs a little maintenance other than that we have great experience staying here :)

Room was ok, however better overall there should be kettle in kitchen and some cups for four people and more, spoons. We were having hot plate when asked it and thanks for that, however kettle would be more fire friendly and faster to use for boiling water for coffee. Roomservice did great job, Breakfast were great for price of room. It was a OK place to stay and good location near of beach.

The location in South Beach is definitely a big selling point, but it’s frustrating when the amenities and services don’t live up to expectations, especially when you’re paying for them. A stopped-up toilet, weak shower pressure, and lukewarm water are pretty major inconveniences. And yeah, when the advertised pictures make it look more luxurious than it actually is, it can feel like a bit of a bait-and-switch. The continental breakfast being average probably didn’t help either—it’s one of those things where you hope for at least a little something to make your stay feel special. What kind of place was it? A boutique hotel or more of a chain?

The only thing We have to say is about the loud music night lately, after 11pm. The breakfast is good. Its located near to south beach. There is towels and 2 chairs to use in the beach. Water, hot tea and coffee all the day in the lobby. The shower is good, but the little bed (like sofa) is not good like the big one.
