The property is beautiful and is a great location. However, there are not a lot of processes in place for certain situations. After a day of traveling, it took over an hour to check in, I think this was due to the resort side of things, but still. They only give you one key and itâs needed to go up the elevator and into the room so we had to pass his key amongst the and it did get lost. There is no process for a new key. When I called the representative straight up said they need to call me back because they donât know what to do. I went about the day and had to come back to put my infant to take her nap. And I messaged the property the night before in the morning of to make sure that we could get this figured out because we need to get back into the room. I come back to the hotel and it took over an hour to get a new key and I had a very tired fussy toddler running around while waiting on this. Again, I think this was on the resort side of things, but they couldâve saved time at the property had already known what they needed to do and done it before we got back to the hotel to prevent waiting that hour for the new key. It did suck that we couldnât use the amenities because we booked 10 days soon sooner than when we were going to check in and it does say that in the description, but the resort didnât have any way of giving us a day pass for the gym. All in all everything Seemed very complicated for minor things.Their hours also donât make sense to help leaders.
