The property offered a free shuttle from the airport. We contacted the property when we arrived and were given instructions where to go to catch the shuttle. The shuttle never showed up. We called the property 3 times and were told each time the shuttle would be there in "about 20 minutes". After the last call and since it was getting close to midnight, I called an Uber that picked us up in 3 minutes and had us at the property in about 7 minutes. When we got to the property, there were 3 shuttles sitting in front of the building. Very disappointed.
