To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please take note of the following important details:

Mandatory Registration: All members staying at the property must be registered. Please provide a picture ID of each guest on the same day as booking. Even if you've verified your ID with Airbnb, we require a copy. Failure to provide this information may result in reservation cancellation, as the building will not allow access to unregistered guests.

No Smoking Inside: A $300 fine will be applied, plus any penalties from the building's association.

No House Parties: House parties are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. The property is equipped with a "Noise Aware" device to monitor noise levels.

Check-in & Check-out Times: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made 24 hours in advance. If there are back-to-back reservations, extended stays are not possible. A penalty fee equivalent to an extra night will be deducted from your damage deposit for schedule non-compliance.

We Do Not Provide Washcloths.

Additional Rules:
- Keep all home items inside.
- Take out the garbage before leaving.
- Take care of the provided items. Damages will incur the following charges:

- Bath towels: $15 each
- Hand towels: $8 each
- Sheets/Duvets: $50 each
- Bed blankets: $60 each
- Carpet stains (spills): $50

An additional cleaning fee of $250 will be applied if the property is left in an unreasonable condition.
