There was a very high number of roaches seen throughout my stay. Every day we had roaches in our room, at one point one was even in our fridge, YUCK. After reaching out regarding financial compensation we never heard back. If we at least heard back I would have given a higher review, however, after being ignored I am not happy with the service as well.

This was truly an outstanding facility—I’d love to visit again and again! The staff were incredibly friendly and amazing. I can't thank them enough for all their support during my stay. The only downside we noticed was that the bathroom tended to stay quite wet, as the shower area wasn’t fully enclosed with a door.

Overall our stay was good. This hotel has a perfect location. It’s close to shopping malls, to the beach and really very convenient and you can take a bus. But during my stay I saw a big bug in my room and I really was shocked. But thanks to property management we’ve had escalated to another room and that was helpful. Other than that property condition is not that good but it’s not that bad it’s average. Next time i will not choose that hotel anymore

Pool was dirty, room was out dated and building, with no light bulbs and broken plug sockets. The pool was also cold and quite dirty, didn’t use once.Staff were lovely, both cleaners, bar staff and reception.

This hotel was great for the price and honestly an amazing location for eating and shopping. Extremely convenient. The staff at Check in was great with check in. The bed was comfortable, they provide you with robes and a good snout of towels. The rooftop furniture looks great and vibrant, i also enjoyed the outdoor patio seats. The drawback for me was my room felt a bit clammy at night, with the humidity its AC only not allowed to open windows. And the room was small, perhaps in upgraded rooms it’s not like that. I had a standard double bed room. Again the price and location awesome! And the place was clean.
