The hotel is very clean every day they clean the room. They change the sheet the pillowcases every day this service the room new towels on the first floor of the hotel. There’s a Starbucks coffee shop excellence don’t tell situated in the middle Miami Beach if you go north you get to Bell Harbor if you go south You see South Beach excellent excellent position on the island

Every time i visit Miami, this hotel is my go to! Safe, quiet, has a good gym, good pool and great staff. They take you to the beach entrance right across the street and pick you up when youre done basking in the sun. Plus they provide chairs and towels!! Amazing! Oh and I forgot to mention....they give you a discount card for Starbucks which is right downstairs!☕️

This is a difficult review to write because the hotel was clean and for the most part the staff were great. I had a concern with the room and what was posted on the company site and it being different from the room I received. I was connected with the manager of the hotel and all I received were excuses as to why I didn’t get the room I paid for. The manager or anyone at the hotel did not take responsibility for the inaccurate information that was posted.
