Room was fine except we requested a handicapped room from Hotels.com and this was the second time the hotel didn't receive those instructions. My husband had a tough time in the bathroom because it was too small and not accessible for him. The staff, the check-in process, and the room itself were nice.

Got into the room and they were drying the carpet with a massive fan. Toilet was clogged so assumed it overflowed. Asked for another room. They gave us a toilet plunger instead. Told hotel was full and no maintenance was available at that time.

Have never stayed anywhere worse. Were there 4 days, didn’t clean the room once. Policy stated was every other day. Fine. Day two they came at 6pm! to clean. We were getting ready. They never came back. Had to ask for clean towels every day. The water in the sink was a drip. Had to turn on the shower to wash hands and face. Shower was scalding or cold. We had the balcony room - The flooring was tar. Breakfast was only plain stale bagels. One day there were a few everything Bagels but just as stale. But the worse was the Sheets and towels caused my mate’s face to Break out, turn beet Red and swell up - it only got worse. He could barely open his eyes. Had to go to urgent care for treatment. And we paid a fortune. 2k for 4 nights! Felt sorry for the lady at the desk - she was there from early morning to late night. Understand why she wasn’t friendly or helpful. Unless you have very low expectations, a good immune system and don’t mind overpaying by a lot - skip this place.
