Rooms are clean and the vibe is friendly and fun. It would be wonderful to see the couches cleaned in the lobby, the light bulbs replaced in the balcony , and some care in the carpet on stairs (very dirty). Overall, wonderful place sharing feedback to make this place better. A little care in the outside lobby and surroundings will go a long way

When we booked it on Expedia, we were not aware it was a hostel. Only found out a couple days before when I was trying to figure out if our room had a refrigerator and hair dryer (it did have both). We had individual rooms and our own bathrooms.Our room was very clean, they changed our sheets and towels a few times throughout the week. The front desk was always helpful for check-in and check out or if we had other questions. The location is perfect. I do think the carpet in the hallways and furniture in the lobby needed cleaning or updated. The only thing we wished for was that you could sit out by the pool before 11:00 a.m. it would have been nice to sit outside in the morning. Otherwise, we had a great stay. We appreciated that there were multiple little bars at our hotel to drink at.

The advertisement for this reads as if it’s a hotel room but it is a hostel with nice views and people- it smelled in my room and you don’t get to pick your bunk- this is not intended for introverts- you will be in close quarters with 4 to 8 people in a small room for the price of a nice hotel room- that said it is very convenient to ocean drive and south beach hotspots- also… to park on the side streets is $33 overnight if you can find a spot but it is not safe- someone tried to open my trunk - luckily I was in my car when they did- just remember if it’s too good to be true it probably is- $100 for south beach? Buyer beware

Most of the staff is very friendly. The location can’t be beat though! The shared rooms weren’t as clean as I would however that is the fault of the guests, not the property. Perhaps my only complaint is the ends need their own power plug vs a regular wall plug that is too far from the bed.

COLD SHOWER! I like this property, but the rooms need to be cleaned better and the shower was sooo cold. I would rather spend more to go somewhere with hot water. I bet if I went and checked the water temp with a thermostat it would be way below what they advertise.
