Mariana at the front desk was delightful and so helpful in getting our car valet parked and fixing our TV remote! Our room at the Colony was indeed tiny, with older creaky beds that could use new pillows, but it was scrupulously clean and neat. Towels and linens were immaculate. We were only missing actual conditioner and body lotion from the usually expected toiletries. We were looking for an authentic taste of Art Deco South Beach and this put us right in the middle of it at a very reasonable price! The vibe is priceless and the vintage elevator a treat! Of course the Scarface mannequin in the white caddy convertible parked out front is charming 😀👍 We will definitely return for a longer visit when the opportunity arises!

Great location, but rideshares wont pick up there. Service was fine. Elevator is scary and broke my nail on the metal gate. Beds are not comfortable - super soft and you can feel every spring. Fridge barely worked. No soap in the bathroom.

An authentic art deco Miami Beach hotel experience. The room was clean and updated; staff was friendly and attentive; and access to dining and the beach is steps out the door. The hotel/room ins loud with music pumping well into the night, though.
