We are extremely extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo, condo did not look like the picture provided on vrbo! Bathroom, shower kitchen microwave absolutely disgusting!! We arrived there was bread crumbs on the kitchen table! We have pictures of it all DISGUSTING

Very much enjoyed that condo would definitely go back

We had a wonderful time. The layout of the condo is perfect. The view from the balcony is nice ocean view. 2 nice big couches and all the appliances you need in the kitchen to prepare your meals. The bedroom has a nice big walk in closet with hangers however the bed on the left could use a new mattress it’s nice and soft but sinks in the middle the other mattress is more firm. When you walk out of the building to go the pool you definitely feel like you’re in a resort. The grounds are well maintained and the size of the pool is great also there is a bathroom at the pool which is very convenient. The beach is wonderful however lots of seaweed and the time we were there first 2 weeks of Feb lots of baby jelly fish (but that’s nature) no matter where you stay nothing to do with the condo. I would definitely go back as I loved that condo. Very clean and modern. The only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is that the window in the bedroom needs to be changed asap as you can hear the strong wind all night long so if you’re a light sleeper make sure that window is changed before you go. Thank you for your hospitality. Check in was a breeze

Good Deal and Ideal Location

The condo was perfectly located for what we needed. The beach was directly next to it, plenty of stores and food within walking distance, and easy to get to. Check-in process is a bit tricky depending on which building you stay- you must check-in during office hours at one specific building (the one directly next to the building we were staying in). Plenty of space in the condo for all of us. Directions provided by host were easy to understand, and there were provided amenities.

Overall a great stay!

My family and I were there for 6 nights. We had a great time. The tides is a great location. The condo itself is VERY kid friendly. Pack n play with mattress, high chair, kids toys, it was great. Didn’t come with pool towels so we had to buy, which was annoying. Also, going through an agency that you have to email is kind of annoying. We had an issue that we resolved but it took them a few hours to respond. Having a phone number to call would be really helpful. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely consider it again!

The check-in process is somewhat confusing, but because we were met immediately by the owner everything was explained completely. The property is clean, although it is a bit older. The staff was helpful.

The property host was available to help with the check in process and it was a process, had to get a parking pass key pob pool and beach access wristband, but from then on it’s pool time beach time the rest of the stay, your right on the beach. It was smaller but 2 queen size beds a pull out bed, besides your only in the room to sleep right! Enjoy your stay here

Nice condo a little odd for check in since we arrived later. But the property manager was helpful the next morning making sure we were set. Perfect location with access to the beach pool and. Close to the Hard Rock stadium for Taylor Swift. It was well stocked and had everything we needed

Tides stay

Myself, boyfriend, and our 2 sons (7yrs &9yrs) had a wonderful time staying at this condo! The home was very clean and had a great kitchen for us to make all our meals. They had beach chairs, towels, and umbrella in the condo which made our beach days great!! The pool was a beach/pool days were the best and literally right next to each other. Very happy with our stay 😊

Centrally located

This was our first time at the Tides. The property was centrally located. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The beach was steps from the property and the pool was clean and heated. The gym was a nice feature with ample machines and weights. The only criticism I have was that even though there were signs about reserving pool chairs it was not adhered to as everyday chairs had towels on them starting at 8 in the morning for hours before they were occupied

For What It's Worth

It was okay for what it's worth, but felt like we could've/should've paid a small bit more for something in a better area, better check-in process, resort staff and a little nicer rooms. Property owner was nice and responsive and provide all the details to check-in before. But the check-in process with the additional costs is a headache. If you're in need of a room to be down for an event, this is fine. But if you're looking for the place to be part of the experience, I'd look elsewhere.
