I was traveling with my sick dog for a “bucket list” trip before he passes and everything at this hotel was amazing and just what we needed. The service was top notch - the woman at the front desk with dark hair and glasses was exceptional!! I called down to see if they had silverware and she brought some up to my room along with water bottles and treats for my dog with a personalized note on it! Truly meant so much I couldn’t even express my gratitude properly in person because I was so emotional. Overall the hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Amazing shower and soaps, bed was super comfy. My dog and I had an amazing sleep before being reunited with old human friends and doggie friends in Key West. I’ll never forget this stay at this hotel and if I’m ever in the area again, I’ll choose this place. Thank you!
I told the front desk lady my dog and I have been sharing a box of cheese its on our road trip and she brought us a bag of treats :)
