Upon arrival, we found stained sheets, mold on a pillow, mould in the sink, walls were in bad shape especially by the closet, air filter was not changed in forever, the smoke detector was taken off the wall, the soap holder for the bath tub was off the wall, the safe was locked, the night table legs were filthy, and we were charged an exorbitant daily fee on top of what we paid which made the room more expensive than if we would have booked direct with the hotel. The rental company was very responsive and no complaints there, but the unit is in need of TLC and needs to be fixed and/or renovated. Insufficient supplies for the week ie. paper towel and toilet paper - we had to beg the front desk for extra. We were disappointed to say the least. The location is AMAZING. Beware, overnight parking is an additional huge fee per day on top of the daily resort charge. And if you book through Expedia it does not show all of the extras in the total. NOT the best experience.
