We stayed in a one‑bedroom, two‑bath penthouse in Brickell, and overall it worked perfectly for what we needed. The location was excellent—close to everything, walkable, and in the heart of all the action. The unit itself was clean, spacious, and had lovely balcony views.That said, there were a few things we weren’t aware of before arriving. The building is mostly short‑term rentals and VRBO units, which meant a lot of noise, activity, and overall chaos in the common areas. One of the elevators was down throughout our stay, which made getting up and down from the top floor very inconvenient. Long waits and multiple stops were the norm, and it often took a surprisingly long time just to get to the lobby or back up to the unit.Despite the elevator and noise challenges, the apartment itself met our needs. If you’re looking for a building in a great location and don’t mind a bit of hustle and bustle, it’s a solid option.
