I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing from start to finish.From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff set the tone with an unwelcoming and rude attitude. Check-in felt like an inconvenience to them rather than their job, and any questions we had were met with short, dismissive responses. We had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just to get something as basic as tissue paper. We were told the truck didn't come in until 9pm. A basic request like tissue should never be an issue at a resort that claims to offer quality service.To make matters worse, the elevators were frequently broken, causing long waits and unnecessary frustration, especially when staying on the 18th floor, trying to move luggage or get around the property. It made the entire stay feel chaotic and poorly managed. One of the most frustrating parts of the experience was trying to get assistance through the host. Instead of speaking to our host Isaac, we were repeatedly directed to what seemed like an AI system. It felt impersonal and made it nearly impossible to resolve issues in a timely or effective way.Lastly, the resortâs amenities were clearly misrepresented. What was advertised online did not match reality, and several features we were looking forward to were either far below expectations. It felt like false advertising, plain and simple. Overall, this stay was frustrating, disappointing, and not worth the money. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.
