The home is equipped with a smart lock for keyless entry . Guests have full access to the house and backyard. Guests do not have access to the housekeeping closets. All local guests must contact us prior to booking.

- The pool closes from the months of November - April and opens May - October (tbd by the weather).
- The primary booker must e-sign a waiver form via email for the stock tank pool. It must be signed before you can have access to the home.
* Waiver only required during the months of May-October
- The cleaning of the grill is responsibility of each guests.
- Charcoal and firewood are not provided.
- One of the three twin beds is a rollaway bed.
- There is a Pack-N-Play that is stored away. If you need it please let us know three days before check-in.
