Set in the area of Mijas Golf, the property offers beautiful open spaces from the inside out.
An open living area with an American Kitchen in between the two large bedrooms.
One of the great features of this property are the SUNNY TERRACES on both sides of the property, this means sun all day long from sunrise to sunset, enjoying GREAT outside space on the Costa del Sol.
It has a brand new air conditioning.
Mijas Golf area ( you can google it!) offers the opportunity to play golf, enjoy the sunny weather in a very quiet area, no many buildings, very open space and many green zones, it has also a seasonal communal pool where you can cool off on the hottest days.
You will have access to the entire property and the communal areas of the urbanization
