We had a fabulous experience at this beautiful and fun hotel. We used it as our "base camp" while traveling in northern Italy and we came back to it three times in 2 weeks. The facilities are amazing, especially the rooftop pool, the rooftop restaurant, the outdoor space off the lobby and the lobby itself. The best part by far was the staff, who went above and beyond on everything. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They helped us with metro/tram instructions etc. One evening when we got back late, they kept the restaurant open to serve us dinner. On our 3rd time back to the hotel they had welcome back surprises ready for us! Oh, and it was a pleasure waking up to the fabulous breakfast every day. The candy in the lobby was a fun added touch. Also, appreciated the overall environmental conciousness of the hotel. We would definitely retun to this hotel and would highly recommemd!

The hotel is nicely located - within walkable distance (20-30 min) to major historical attractions and shopping district. Nice roof top with the beautiful view, pool, good lunch, and good evening bar. Also nice inner yard and plenty of spaces for work of business. Room was superficially cleaned, all shelves were covered with layers of dust. Bathroom spacious and clean. Mattress and bed absolutely horrible - noisy and uncomfortable. Every night we had unbearable noise across the canal - night club right under hotel front. Decent breakfast, helpful and friendly stuff. Definitely needs some improvements.

Great neighborhood. I got there before checkin and they let me use the pool. Gorgeous view. Navigli is a great neighborhood for dinner and drinks.

Beware the bar across the canal!!!

Do not stay in a room fro ting the canal. There is a bar across the street where kids hang out and talk very loudly until 4am! Staff and hotel is wonderful otherwise! Would stay again but only in the back side of the hotel.

Great hotel, highly recommended!

It is not very often I leave a review, but this hotel was incredible!! The staff fantastic, we arrived early and we were able to leave our cases. Breakfast was included in the rate for the next day, but we were offered breakfast on our arrival. The suitcases also brought to our room The hotel itself is well decorated, has a good chilled vibe, the garden on the ground floor and the rooftop terrace both great areas to sit and enjoy. Our room was clean, bed comfortable and a decent size space with some welcome treats, including snacks and water. The neighbour hood surronding the hotel was lively, its a good walk 25-30 minutes to the Duomo but there is a tram and metro near by. The only downside is that we only had one night there, if we ever visit Milan again this is definitely where we will be staying.

Limited pool hours and closure for private events.

Good breakfast and nice staf. Pool hours are short and they close pool early for private events on top of that. Rooms practical but not charming. 30 minute walk from city Centre.
