Great and not so great

Great: Great location; big space; Andre was responsive; reasonably priced; quiet; Not so great: not well equipped (example...had to purchase a corkscrew!); cold (HVAC provided some heat, but the law doesn't allow buildings to turn on heat until Oct 15 but no extra blanket/throws); elevator, but also 1 flight of stairs. VRBO listing is wrong: 1 king bed (very nice); 1 fold out sofabed.
Stayed 11 nights in Oct 2024
