The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. BUT the bedroom was like a sauna with no option to open a window or control the temperature by a thermostat. When I asked for someone to come and take a look, they said as it was winter only hot air was available and the only solution was to turn the thermostat off which did nothing. Additionally there are red flashing lights in the bedroom so eye mask required and the final annoyance was dripping water from the bedroom above all night. You get what you pay for but this was not up to scratch

Staff is rude and not helpful. No options if you get there before their 2:00 checkin time: no secure luggage storage, little seating, no attention in the restaurant, near-empty vending machines. It's in a terrible neighborhood and the walk to the Metra and the airport is dark, dangerous and frightening. The shuttle to the airport does NOT run 24/7. We prepaid for a room with two beds. We did not get one, so we took apart their beds pushed together into one and asked for sheets to make it two. They brought up towels. We asked again for sheets. After an hour, they were delivered to us but WE had to make the beds that we had paid for! STAY ELSEWHERE!

The room is very basic but clean and functional. It's very convenient for a one night stay before flying out from Linate airport. There is a pizzeria also available in the same building of the hotel and the check in was fast and efficient. The airport is within walking distance or you can get the hotel shuttle for a fiver.
