Beautiful studio apartment of approximately 35 sqm, recently renovated, located on the seventh floor with an elevator in a modern building. Please note that the elevator goes up to the sixth floor, and to reach the top floor, you will need to take a flight of stairs.



Inside, the living/bedroom is tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. It features a ready-to-use bed and a small table for two. In front of the bed, there is a Smart TV.
