Only provided two small, flat pillows, when asked for more did not follow through with communication and did not provide any. The bed had a water proof protector on it that was noisy/uncomfortable. Loud partiers overnight (Thursday). AC was not in English/difficult to operate. Very clean, 20min walk from the train station, recommend getting subway pass (7eu for 24hrs). Walkable restaurants near by, complimentary coffee + water. Excellent for price.
