What you have is what you pay for

Well....to be fair, among all the expensive hotels in Milan, we have chosen this one because of it's price. Staying for a night is fine but you need to know this is what you have paid for. and there is a room with an outside toilet and bathroom, which is our room. They have written very clearly that we might have this room, just unlucky. So inconvenient to have an outside toilet!

Do not recommend staying here. You have to check in before 8 pm and they are zero flexible about that. Also, the hotel is far away and it takes a long time to get there by metro. It was not very clean and was cold and noisy.
