First of all, I want to give a special shout-out to the receptionist, Muhammad. He was incredibly professional, caring, and accommodating—truly going above and beyond. The hotel is very lucky to have someone like him on their team. He also makes the best Aperol Spritz in Milan! The hotel itself is charming, located about a 10-minute walk from all the main attractions. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are thoughtfully designed, cozy, and comfortable. I highly recommend London Hotel for solo travelers.

Great location and price. Budget friendly, clean hotel that might not meet North American standards for size of shower and quality air conditioning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as it suited our needs. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
