This bright and modern apartment located in the Zara area will allow you to stay in a residential neighbourhood well connected to the city thanks to its proximity to the metro station, train station and bus stops.

With a modern and classy furnishing, it is ideal for families or groups of friends who desire total privacy and comfort and is composed of a loft with a double bed and, if needed, a one-and-a-half-seater sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a bathroom with a shower. You will have Wi-Fi connection, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, air conditioning and centralised heating.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm, every day. Later check-ins are possible only by prior agreement and with an extra payment. Arrivals after 11 pm are not allowed. Check-out is at 10:00 am. We remind you that to stay in Milan, it is mandatory to pay the Tourist Tax, amounting to €9.50 per day for each guest, which will be collected at check-in, and a rental contract will be compiled and signed where the details of a credit card in the guests' name will be included as a guarantee for damages.

The published price includes the commissions that are borne by the guest.
