Prices gone up. Quality gone down.

Pros: Bar and restaurant service particularly good. Location perfect for the expos.

Location: Expos. That's about it.
Another agreeable stay in the NH Fiera. Although the prices seem to have gone up considerably since my stay last year, unfortunately the quality seems to have fallen. Particularly breakfast. Choice was adequate but the "hot" food was always quite cold. Self-service coffee from a machine is never a nice touch. Would it hurt to be seated - which we ere not - and asked? Complained at checkout and received free parking in compensation without asking which is a nice response but clearly indicates the issue is a known one.

We feel bad for the coffe in the breakfast room. We have the automatic machine in our breakfast room since 5 year, and as usually we always ask to our guest if we can offer something hot from the professional and traditionale cappuccino and espresso coffee machine in our back office. We really hope to see you again

Okay for businessy field trip

Hotel was quite okay, no complaints clean, fairly new, if a bit gaudy for my personal taste, but I didn't get to spend much time there anyway, so not a problem as such. One person rooms are quite small, but again it wasn't all that big of a problem. On the good side: Everything worked, service was good, breakfast was very good. On the down side - I requested for a non-smoking room, but got a smoking room. It didn't smell bad, and I was too tired to care, so I didn't complain, but it did annoy me.

in the room there was a strange smell, of chlorine or sth.. it was not comfortable. Strange smell in the corridors, and this unfriendly smell in the room. Was not nice. I would never be able to stay longer as one night in this room (421)

Preis und Leistung für das Buffet beim Nachtessen war gar nicht gut. Die Auswahl und die Qualität haben mich sehr enttäuscht. Für 42.00 Euro so ein Buffet erachte ich als sehr schlecht, zudem war das Fleisch, resp der Fisch nicht gut.

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gefallen. Die Ausstattung war wirklich gut. Einzig was mir aufgefallen war, ist dass das Personal nicht gerade Kundenfreundlich ist, aber damit ist nicht jeder der da arbeitet gedacht! Besten dank

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Der Chek- In sowie chek- out funktionierte reibungslos und speditiv. Das Zimmer war gross, sehr sauber und das Bett war super gross. Das Hotel war im allgemeinen sehr sauber und schön. Am Frühstücksbuffet gab es viel Auswahl. Das Servier- Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel und würden jederzeit wieder dort hin. Fantastico!

Bon hôtel à l'extérieur de Milan

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter l'expo ou le centre de congrès. Propre, bon buffet pour le petit déjeuner.

week end culturel à Milan

très bien situé: 15 minutes à pied de la gare de Rho Milano. On a pu laisser nos bagages en arrivant à l'hôtel et en repartant le lendemain. Possibilités de manger également sans gluten!
