Thank you so much for staying at Queen Hostel and for giving us your review. We are sorry to know that the bathrooms were not in the best condition during your stay, we'll try even harder to make sure it's clean all the time. I'm not sure the exact date that you stayed here, but since the beginning of March, we have upgraded our free breakfast. Our breakfast menu now has ham and cheese slices so you can make your own toast, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, fresh juice, biscuits and rusks,, we are trying to do our best to make the breakfast satisfying as much as possible. Hope to see you again! :)

Along with a coffee shop/cafe, there's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Free breakfast is served daily, and guests can also enjoy a free nightly manager's reception. A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. An arcade/games room, multilingual staff, and tour/ticket assistance are also featured at QUO Milano - Hostel. Limited parking is available for a fee and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. This Milan hostel is smoke free.
