I've stayed at this location numerous times. The last two times have been such a disappointment, I will not be returning... ever. It's been snowing, the parking lot is not salted and extremely slippery. I reserved this location for the pool, which they failed to warm... it's an indoor pool, it's winter time. Anyone knows these are to be heated. The carpets in the halls are so dirty they are practically sticky. The bar is not open, at all. And when i went to turn in my key the attendant at the front desk was so sound asleep he didn't hear me come in nor go out. This place has become absolute trash. Save your money and get the same quality at a Red Roof inn.

Staff was great! We requested the first floor and while we could have chosen the 3 o 4 th. Renovated floors, we wanted easy access to our car. Our children live in Hopkinton so we like the easy in and out of that floor. That being said the room was clean and comfortable! We always stay here when we come to visit our Children ! And, the chocolate cookies are amazing treats for all guests.

The pool was out of use, the ceiling had open wires hanging from it along with some black mold, and then when we got to our room it was filthy, I mean toilet paper on the bed, pill bottles, someone had a party in that room and then they tried to get into stay in it. Disgusted by this place

I think reviewed this one before. Have stayed here very frequently over the years. It’s the most comfortable of the 3-4 others in the same area. But if the Fairfield across the street ever gets its long overdue Reno….. I’d prob go there. The Sonesta also needs upgrades. The decor is old and dated and there is wear and tear … wallpaper peeling . The sofa, chair designs just aren’t comfortable. I think Marriott sold it and I think it’s run as a franchise vs. corporate. There is no easy to get coffee, no real food. No breakfast.and with that the price is a bit less than the others. So I guess it depends on what you want. Use to be a very busy Courysrd business hotel but over the last year I have not seen much of that. Years ago it had a bar with evening cocktails available. Anyhow. It’s clean (but the furniture and carpets are old. The mattress is pretty good. The linens and towels are looking yellow and dingy. The family who runs it is very nice . Today it snowed. At 11am nothing had been shoveled or ice melt thrown… no walk ways cleared. That’s nust not appropriate . I just think given the heavy business traffic in the area it just does not provide much except a bed and hot shower. There was no hair dryer (first time I’ve seen that in like 15 years).

Parking was free and plentiful. Room doors were very noisy closing at 6 am when you’re still trying to sleep. No option for breakfast on the premises. No stirrer for coffee in the rooms and only 1 package of sugar per cup of coffee - seems a bit stingy. I was able to get more sugar in the lobby.

Room was clean. Place was almost empty. Came down from our room to use the pool the hallways on the first floor were freezing. Get to the pool it was ice cold not heated. Went back to the room for the night. The shower curtain is cloth so leaks all over the floor. Came down to leave in the morning and everything is covered in plastic like they were renovating. One of the elevators was broken. Had to use the one far from the entrance. When we came down to check out because they had plastic on the floors and blocking the hallway like a curtain they wanted us to go out side and walk all the way around carrying all our stuff and come in the front door to check out. The parking lot was not well plowed. It had snowed the night before we got there. They wanted us to trudge through the snow around the building. Told them no so they grudgingly let us walk through the plastic curtains and down the plastic lined hallway. Would not recommend.

The room itself was fine, clean and well furnished. The pet fee was over-priced, basically half the cost of the room itself. The Hotel felt a bit poorly maintained. One elevator was out of service. Room door handle had to be pressed very firmly to unlatch it. There were a variety of unpleasant odors in the hallways including marijuana. Service was ok when you got it but the hotel felt understaffed. There was no breakfast despite it being listed on the amenities.

They just had some remodeling going on the way to the pool area but still no biggie (at least the pool was open for my grandkids) they had a blast! No breakfast due to new management (waiting on their license) but we found a great place called Marty’s.

The place was under construction (which wasn’t disclosed when we booked), there was zero breakfast available (advertisement said there would be, and the rooms didn’t seem clean and had a smell.

After I checked in, I asked about the breakfast and they told me it was temporarily unavailable. Proceeded to my room on the second floor, one of the elevators was broken so we had to go to the only one that did work and that one was very dirty. The second floor had construction debris at the end of the hallway where our room was. The ceiling tiles are dirty and gross. The wallpaper in the room was peeling off the walls in the room did not match what I reserved here on Orbitz. I went down to the desk and had to argue with three different people and show them on my phone at the room that they gave me was not the room that I paid for after about 5 to 10 minutes of going back-and-forth. They finally gave me a room on the third floor. That room was clean. It’s a shame that this hotel is portrayed in the photos and online and way better condition than it currently is. As a frequent user of this app I feel like I was misled.
