Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast in the restaurant was good quality. The pool was an added bonus. Lovely temperature. Beds weren’t very comfortable as were too firm and the pull out bed wasn’t very comfortable for teenage daughter.

Room had 2 freestanding oil radiators as heaters which felt a bit weird For the price there are definitely better options in central MK. Health club was again, average, but nice to have a pool. Staff were great, however there was no hot water in the morning that was blamed on the hotel being busy and there was a constant noise from either the air conditioning or pipes or something else that went on all night. The hotel was nice but we couldn’t stay again and risk the water not being available and disrupted sleep

The reception is bright and welcoming and easy check in. Our room was clean comfortable and had all that we needed. The heating wasn’t working properly but a plug in heater was provided. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. The hotel is well situated and just a short walk to a very good shopping centre. I have stayed before and would stay again.

Good overall, had very little interaction with staff. The bathroom was filthy and clearly it took a lot of skimpy cleaning to get it to that state. The mattress was way too soft and I ended up with a great deal of back pain.
