Great check-in, huge room on 8th floor with lovely views of Campbell Park. Not the best service in the bar (same happened last visit), very long wait for two straightforward drinks and red wine was full of sediment, not pleasant. Would allow this to put us off a future visit though. Perfect for the theatre.

Excellent hotel, great room. Close to shopping centre and food options. Only downside is there was an ice dispenser outside of our family room which when used was extremely loud. Not a great location seeing as a family room usually means children or infants sleeping so the ice dispenser wakes everyone up. Perhaps move it to near the lifts?
