Hotel is so so. Valet didn't greet us. Hotel hallways are way to dark. The rooms were scuffed up and the bathroom is really odd. I wouldn't want to stay here again.

Great location with a nice downtown river view. Staff was very friendly, valet parking was convenient, and the rooms were clean, comfy, and nice. We stayed for a concert at Fiserv Forum and would definitely stay again!

The staff was terrific. I was able to check in my room a little early & out a little later. That was very helpful to a weary traveler. My only complaint about the room would be the outside noise. I could hear people in the hallway, cars on the street outside. It made for sleeping a bit difficult. The carpets were a bit stained and bunched up but other than that the hotel was clean and comfortable!
