After given a key card to check into a room, room given had someone in there. Staff fixed the issue right away. Breakfast was good. Hot tub was nice and relaxing. Clean hotel even though there is some renovations going on.

I had two nights of great sleep. Some of the restaurants in the strip mall are rather difficult to walk to. Chik-Fil-A was a bit of a challenge. Then when I was leaving I looked up and saw the car wash, but finally realized that what looked like an easy hike was going to require retracing my path through busy parking lots, back onto the sidewalk and the road when it petered back.

Check in was beyond disappointing from a long road trip to find out from an employee wearing a dirty white t shirt he just works there doesn’t know the amenities of an in room crib being available after multiple calls to people they found the pack n play. Then wanted to charge us WOW disgraceful
