Walker`s Point Apt with Gym and Balcony

Enjoy an open concept floor plan, private balcony, and modern appliances in this charming one-bedroom apartment in Walker`s Point. The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room sectional may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Location:
- 5 minute drive to Third Ward
- 15 minute drive to General Mitchell airport
- Walkable to grocery and convenience stores, The Ivy House event space, and the city`s best restaurants and bars along 2nd St and throughout the neighborhood

Parking:
- Parking is not included in this listing
- Free daytime street parking is available on Mineral St and on Washington St
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights including Saturday which isn`t enforced). Just call the city on the day you`d like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. They will collect some basic info and you should receive a remote confirmation in 5-10 minutes. For more info, search online for `Milwaukee night parking permission` and choose the first result
- If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration

Other things to note:
- Access to the mailbox and package room is only provided to long-term guests (30+ day stays). We are not responsible for items delivered to the building
- The bedroom has a sliding barn door that adds privacy but may not be 100% soundproof due to a small gap between the wall and sliding door

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests are subject to availability

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit

House Rules:
1. Ages 21+ to book.
2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces (150 USD fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
9. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions.
*Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.

Non-refundable fees:
- All refunds are net of 4% processing fees. Rather than charging upfront service fees, we charge a 4% processing fee for any refunds we issue in order to cover costs we incur as a small business
