Our lamp didn’t work, so our room only had one light. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. The receptionist was rude when i asked her to explain why i got 2 bills and 2 charges on my card. I really hope i get a refund for the $231.55 because my i also have a charge for the actual 1 night room harge of $81.55. I wasn't experiencing a total of $313.10 to come off my card. I did expect the room change of $81.55 and a temporary $150 hold, but hopefully i get a refund.

This property had black mold in the bathroom and the drywall had evidence of water damage. My wife has asthma and she was having trouble breathing. We dropped our stuff and went to dinner after driving 3 hours and during dinner I searched for another place. Once I reserved another place, we went back and checked out. It was just over 1 hour total and the owner would not refund our stay. I suggest you pick another place.

This hotel didn’t live up to its pictures! There was a bunch of hair in the shower and sheets! There was food and food containers under the bed. The facility had a lot of cosmetic issues too. Just all around dirty and unkept.

One of the rooms booked had roaches, the night staff refused to initially change us rooms. Once they saw the roaches then they decided to change rooms but by then my party and I had just decided to sleep in one room since it was 3am. The one good thing is they did refund us for one of the rooms
