Booked three nights with Expedia at the same hotel. Expedia was not able to connect the reservations so each AM we had to check out and check back in. I had asked both the hotel and Expedia to connect the reservations. The hotel said it was not in their control. Expedia said they would handle it - but they did not.

This property is close to Schroeder Pool, and we’ve stayed multiple times to attend swim meets. During our recent stay for three nights our first room had water leaking above the toilet. They then moved us to a room with random unmatching furniture and a complicated key lock that “required the manager’s personal attention.” They kept promising the manager would fix it, yet the manager was never in. At first we could only be let in the room by staff, and later could only get one key. The staff was pleasant about it but it was an inconvenience.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful and polite, truly going above and beyond! I only wish the manager had matched her level of service. My friend and I experienced a small misunderstanding with a few employees, and when we brought it to the manager's attention, he simply brushed it off and continued with his evening. It felt quite rude!

I was pleasantly surprised being here for almost two weeks while I visited my mother in law. The staff was kind and friendly and I loved the breakfast and dining options. It saved me a lot of ordering in! My only complaint is my room was SO DARK. You have two lamps and the light at the entryway but that’s it. There’s no overhead light which I found strange. Maybe this is intended but I prefer a well lit room. Great stay otherwise!
