I made two separate reservation - decided to stay another day - and they didn't connect the two. when the room key didn't work, my son had to go to the main desk for help. Also, housekeeping never came the entire duration of our stay. I had to ask for more towels

This hotel is in a prime downtown location, with spacious suite rooms and includes breakfast. We had an easy walk to the Fiserv, 3rd ward, Marquette, and Summerfest. There is parking in a city garage for $20/night with direct access to the hotel, which is pretty reasonable for a downtown hotel.

Great place to stay in the middle of downtown Milwaukee. Staff was very friendly and engaging with the folks staying at the hotel. Checking in and out was easy and quick. The breakfast could have been a tad better, however I have had worse at other establishments. Overall I would stay here in the future and would recommend others stay here if they are in downtown Milwaukee.

Nice and comfy

It was ok room smelled funny like a pet was lighting was very dim asked receptionist for a different room she said they didn’t have any wanted to be on a hire floor but no accommodation she didn’t even check but overall it was ok very quiet and peaceful. Hotel is dated but not bad for a overall stay

It was clean but the condition of the rooms were not great. Lots of cracks and holes in the walls. The breakfast was ok, pretty standard. Location is great and parking connected was easy. But the website is not correct is stating parking is $14 a night, it is $20 a night.

This was definitely NOT worth the money. Paid for queen beds and got full beds. Toliet wasn't flushing, they came and "fixed" it, but it broke the next day. Breakfast was lacking variety. One of the beds had part of this metal frame sticking out so you would catch it. The bed was so close to the wall you had to crawl in it from the end. Room was small and the view was a wall. I have been here 2 other times and this was my worst experience. I believe it was not owned by Hilton on my last visits. It was summerfest weekend so the price for the weekend was 4 times what it normally should be and my room was not worth it.

Very dissapointed. In all the years being a Hilton Honors member never had suc a poor experience. The hotel misrepresented the facility and the staff made no effort to remediate the situation.

Nice hotel in a good location. Just a couple blocks from the River Walk and less than a mile to Lake Michigan. Plenty of dining in the area. The suite was comfortable and in good condition. We didn't use it, but there was a jetted bath tub in the bedroom.
